What to Expect
As a professional trainer, I am committed to helping my clients be the healthiest and strongest version of themselves. Everybody is unique, with their own strengths and limitations and I work closely with my clients to ensure that their programs are designed with their particular goals in mind. My method is to build a custom plan based on your health, schedule and more importantly, fitness goals.
When necessary, I work closely with your health care providers to ensure that everything we do is tailored specifically to your abilities and take into account your specific needs. Best of all, we can accomplish all of this in your home or on a virtual platform.
In addition to our in person sessions, you will have access to specifically made programs that you can follow when we are not together. Whether you are on vacation or you simply want a few exercises to do between sessions, I've got you covered! These additional workouts will be available to you exclusively and can be watched on your phone, computer or any device of your choice. I am able to guide you and monitor your progress virtually and make immediate changes based on your feedback. More than anything, you can be sure that you will learn how to do things safely and that you always feel healthier and stronger than when you started!
